מי אני?

I am a clinical social worker specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), integrating a mindfulness based approach with techniques from Non Violent Communication. I have been working with a variety of clients since 2008, including supporting people through traumatic life transitions and illnesses, working with clients with anxiety and depression and helping support people make their lives more meaningful and flourish. I am based in the Galilee in Israel and work with clients in my private practice and long distance by video.

My therapeutic approach


Therapy does not have to be an ongoing  endless process. I believe in focused sessions with clear goals to achieve real change in a limited time. Whether you are seeking therapy for a particular immediate problem, or for deeply entrenched issues that are stopping you fulfilling yourself and leading a happy life,  there are often core beliefs and behavioral patterns that interfere with healing and flourishing. Using a positive psychology perspective and tools from a range of approaches, we will explore these underying beliefs, identify your core unmet needs and feelings, build healthy perspectives  towards yourself and others, and determine key practices that will help establish healthier and happier relationships and in daily life.
